Many older adults in our community are alone, hungry, and struggling to meet basic needs. Senior Services is partnering with Piedmont Federal Savings Bank for their 11^th annual Christmas in July item drive to collect needed food, household and personal care supplies to help change their lives for the better.

Individuals, faith organizations, and civic groups are invited to donate items on the Christmas in July wish list now through July 31. The list includes canned goods and shelf-stable food items like cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, peanut butter and soup. It also includes household helps, such as paper towels and dishwashing liquid, and personal care items like deodorant, body wash, and adult disposable undergarments.  The complete wish list is available on the Senior Services website, seniorservicesinc.org.

Contributions and donations may be dropped off at any of the Forsyth County branches of Piedmont Federal Savings Bank or delivered to Senior Services, 2895 Shorefair Drive. Financial donations are also appreciated and can be made online at https://bit.ly/2UEQuZn.
